What do I get with the 5 Star Service Program? 1) Dedicated Account Managers At ACL Wireless Solutions, everything revolves around the Account Managers. Every customer is assigned their own dedicated Account Manager. Our Account Managers are much more than just salesmen, they are your source for customer service throughout the life of your wireless service. From the moment of first contact, the Account Manager is responsible for finding the proper equipment and most cost efficient plan for all of your business needs. Once a contract has been signed, the Account Manager remains your source for all of you customer service needs.
ACL Wireless Solutions is in the unique position to offer complete repair or replacement service on all of your phone devices through our exclusive Authorized Service and Repair Centers, located in multiple locations throughout Southern California. We have trained technicians on staff that can repair most simple problems quickly and easily. When a device problem is beyond the repair capabilities of our technicians, we are able to replace the device in a timely manner on site. *repair and replacement costs may vary according to problem and device. 3) Pickup and Delivery Service Yes, when you have a problem, we come to your business or workplace and pickup your phones. When your phone is repaired or replaced, we bring it back to you. It’s as simple as that. No need to waste time out of your day driving your broken phones to us. We get it done while you are still at work. *pickup/delivery restrictions may apply for some locations 4) Same Day Service on Many Repairs and Replacements If a service request is made and a pickup occurs in the morning, most of the time you will have your phone by the afternoon. Quick, simple fixes like battery replacements, software updates, cracked screens, or broken flips are all offered as same day services. For more complicated repairs or full phone replacements, the time will vary based on parts on hand or replacement phones in stock. However, we will make every effort to get you your phone on the same day it was picked up. 5) Billing Error Resolution Because we know there is nothing worse than calling customer service to correct an error on your bill, our Account Managers will make that call for you. 6) Resources of Our Retail Stores We understand that accessories are also an important part of your equipment needs, so our Account Managers have access to all of the resources of our Retail locations. We provide discounted access to a full range of wireless accessories for all of your wireless phone needs. How does the Pickup/Delivery Service work? We understand how busy our customer’s days can be, and that they don’t always have time to drive into a Service Center, or spend 2 hours on the phone with Customer Care. The 5 Star Service Program offers you the ability to “Request Service” online or by calling your Account Manager. Once the problem has been diagnosed, we will schedule pickup service to come right to your place of work and pickup your device and bring it to one of our Service and Repair Centers. Once the device is repaired or replaced, we will schedule delivery to bring it back to you. *The pickup/delivery service is only offered for workplace pickup and delivery. Unfortunately, we do not offer this service to home addresses of customers. Restrictions may also apply for pickup/delivery to locations where distances may be an issue.
